Max & Leigha started their business 18 months ago with the idea of offering quality gourmet snack foods at markets and festivals around the far south coast. The quesadilla is the ideal way to provide interesting fillings inside a classic Mexican tortilla. All their fillings are their own closely guarded secret recipes.

The zucchini balls are nutritious and easy to consume or take away. After much experimenting they have perfected a recipe that has now become more popular than the quesadillas!
Zucchini, risotto, fetta, parsley and a few secret ingredients make a delightful snack, and gluten free to boot.
